Being often referred to as the Pearl of Uzbekistan, Fergana Valley is famous for its magnificent landscapes and ancient history.

Chust knife is a well-known word combination in Russia and abroad. It seems that there is no difference what knife one uses to chop carrots for pilaf, a national Uzbek knife or a Japanese ceramic kitchen knife.

The first horses were tamed in Central Asia and Iran. All professionals in the field agree on it. In Chinese chronicles, there is information about wonderful horses of heaven which were grown in Fergana Valley.
