Tashkentland Children's Park (Toshkentlend) offers several pools and slides, opened in 1997, becoming Uzbekistan's first park of a new generation.

The park's concept of "Tashkent's Disneyland" is captivating. Its attractions are suitable for kids and adults, making it a fun experience for the whole family. These include:

• 1.5 km cable car for an aerial view of Tashkentland Park and the water park

• A 24-meter Ferris wheel overlooking the park's fortresses and citadels

• Two-seat "Teacups" that spin while moving up and down

• A French carousel with horses and carriages

• Enjoy an African safari boat ride along a river that winds through mysterious jungles and past breathtaking waterfalls. Here, you can experience the sounds and see the silhouettes of wild animals.

• A two-story haunted castle guarded by a dragon, where a slow-moving cart takes you through a spooky darkness, then speeds up to escape pursuing ghosts

Extreme rides are accessible only to those taller than 120 cm:

• "Waves" simulate a sea storm, tossing riders up and sideways and then plunging them down just meters above the ground — a breathtaking experience even to watch

• "Skyflyer" — another thrilling ride that pauses at its peak, holding you upside down just above the ground for seconds

• Roller coasters, including the high-speed "Boomerang" that lifts you slowly for a bird's-eye view, then drops you down, racing through sharp turns and loops above the lake.

For the youngest visitors, there are carousels like "Steam Train," "Kangaroo," and a mini racetrack with tiny cars.

The Park opens annually for the Navruz celebration and remains open until the end of summer due to its lack of indoor facilities for rainy days.

You can grab a bite at the park's fast-food cafes or enjoy a picnic by the lake under the shade of tall trees. You can also feed the local ducks and swans and take a boat ride.

Tashkentland Amusement Park is situated near the city centre, adjacent to a walking park, the "Japanese Garden" tea pavilion, and an exhibition centre.

However, experiencing "Tashkent's Disneyland" may make it challenging to visit other entertainment venues in a single day. The abundance of attractions can make time fly by once you step into this enchanting kingdom crowned with colourful towers.
