Shashmaqom Festival in Bukhara

In 2022, the town of Bukhara is hosting the music festival "Shashmaqom" for the first time. Only young musicians will take part in it (the leading singers should be no older than thirty years old). The ensembles will consist of no more than fifteen singers and musicians. The jury will consist of nine to eleven experts. Shortly, the Bukhara Region's Khokimiyat will approve a road map for the organization of the festival and will carry out extensive work on the improvement of Bukhara.

Silk and Spices Festival in Bukhara

Silk and Spices Festival in Bukhara immerses participants in the world of Oriental fairy tales. It is traditionally held annually in May. This event can also be called an exhibition in Bukhara, as the guests can admire the works of local craftspeople.
