Trampoline parks in Tashkent

Tashkent’s entertainment scene is packed with a wide range of game zones and sports complexes, but few activities match the sheer joy and adrenaline rush of trampoline jumping. The city offers two well-equipped trampoline centres, both highly rated by visitors and each with its unique features. Whether you're a beginner or looking to level up your skills, these centres provide expert-led sessions with professional athletes to guide you through safe and exciting techniques. Let’s explore what each has to offer:

Metagalaktika Trampoline Centre

Metagalaktika is a vibrant, kid-friendly space full of positive energy and cosy vibes. Home to a sports club, the centre offers both group and one-on-one training sessions with certified instructors, teaching impressive (and safe) jumping techniques on 88 trampolines. Foam pits serve as cushioned landing zones, while thrill-seekers will love the two climbing walls, rope climbs, and the Ninja Quest obstacle course. After an active session, guests can recharge at the in-house café with a full menu, a drink bar, and Dolce Italia ice cream. The centre is also a popular venue for birthdays and family celebrations — staff are on hand to assist with full event planning and support.

Payment is hourly (1-, 2-, or 3-hour sessions), and membership plans are available for skateboarding, monkey bars, and trampolines. A mixed package gives access to all areas for 1 day, 30, 60, or 90 hours. All gear can be rented on-site, and designated safety zones are available for practising tricks.
